Considerations:

Low ceiling is annoying for upgrade/placement. Right and upper side of cave easiest visible spots to be.

DST stack. Follow arrows for angling. Place far back touching wall. Left side of Buff Beam.

LT Stack. Place far back touching wall. Middle of Buff Beam.

Auras. Precisely placed as shown on map. Your 3 standard Auras each Crystal (Ensare/Lightning/Str Drain). Aura health may be a concern (mine was ~2.8k) so may need to repair middle Auras once per wave, and in 30+ waves may need to repair two side Crystal Auras.

Gas Traps. Close to Crystal as possible. Genie may eat a Gas Trap. (very rare)

Minions. Ogres can bunny hop right pillar so make sure front right Orc is really close to pillar. Same with the left. Spacing is somewhat tricky to have no gaps in middle because of this. Orcs should have head slightly past pillar for distance away from towers. Side Orc placement can be more outward, rarely gets aggro. Make sure no gaps. Spider/Mage bundle should be at least 1 minion width gap from Orcs so Reflect Beams block Ogre balls that are coming from Ogres riding the Orc wall.

Reflection Beams. Not too bad, just cover front Orcs. Second line Reflection Beams should be back enough to catch Ogre balls (from very close Ogres) to prevent splash against your tower stacks. May happen occasionally so very light repair at end of wave may be needed. Right side Reflection Beam should cover a little bit of its bottom wall because right Ogres will aim their attacks at the wall since they're aiming at tower stack. Wall splash can be annoying but not significant and can be prevented or repaired after the fact.

Beat it with 4 summoners and various guardians, feel free to use whatever you want.

 

Note: Seems like nonMM is better for farming armor, faster and drops more often. Harbringers are a little more annoying. Right gas trap seems to be unnecessary. Can replace Orcs with Archers for easier gap closing but only 7 Mage/7Spider. Can ubeam front row archers for some extra dps, but will have to drop reflection beam and count to just inner 2 beams and only 1 gas trap.
