Build Description

Disclaimer:

The monkey waves on Karathiki survival are relatively speaking, easy. Due to the many factors at play, it is difficult to point down a specific stat range that is required. Given this, when taking the ease of the waves into consideration, if you can clear most Ascension maps, you can most likely do this build with success.

Requirements to run:

1. Initiate booster. (x1).

2. Tower booster. (x1).

3. Apprentice with full void for range.

4. Range Monk.

5. Builder EV.

Karathiki is one of the biggest maps in the game, and as such, using a single stack requires as much range as possible. It is worth noting that the recent changes to the Genie's Scimitar significantly reduce the need to single stack, as you do not need to be as precise with your boosters position, freeing up new areas to build. Ultimately, this may reduce the range requirements.

Depending on your stats, your crystals will likely take damage towards the end of the wave when your Initiate boost cannot sustain and cancels. This is not a problem on Karathiki as the crystals have more hp, in conjunction with the fact that the enemies also do less damage, the damage done becomes negligible.

Building:

1. Using your Monk, build 1 ensnare and 1 strenth drain aura at each of the four cores. Build 1 strength drain at the centre , where your stack is.

2. Swapping to EV, place 1, 4 (or 6, if you need to maximize range) DU buff beam.

3. Swapping to Apprentice, place on the buff beam, 2 DSTs facing each crystal, totalling 8 DSTs on the map.

4. Subsequently, fill out the rest of the DU with LTs.

In-wave:

1. Your tboost should sustain itself for the duration of the wave.

2. Your iboost will likely cut before the end of wave. Due to the size of the map, the strength drain, and the high crystal hp, you will have plenty of time over both waves to wait and re-activate your boost.

3. Add your alternate heroes toward the end of wave 14. Karathiki is a 6 player map, so if you wish to use two accounts, you can maximize rewards.
