Hint 1: Total 3 LTs(Lightning Towers) and 8 DSTs(Deadly Striker Tower)

Arrows/heads indicate DST placement

Hint 2: Depends on your DPS EV(DPS EV = EV with Hero Damage, Ability 2 Points + Resists and Ember Scepter/Honey Staff/Kraken Kannon) if she's good enough(5K DMG/4K AB2 +55k Scepter) you don't even need minions here.

Hint 3: If for whatever reason you won't stack, all towers from hint 1 can fit into a 6DU BB(Buff Beam) but you have to sell the Lightning Aura here.

Pre-Wave 1: Start off with Either Builder EV or Aura Monk(whichever has more movement speed. Gather Mana from Shroomites/Chests while building defences. When done with Auras and Buff Beams change to Builder Adept/Apprentice with pet Genie/Dice and start wave.

Wave 1: Build towers with your Adept/Apprentice and if you still have time during wave upgrade some buff beams/auras.

Pre-Wave 2: Change to Builder Summoner and build the Minion wall as shown at hint 2 then change to either Upgrader Jester[Genie and Mana bow(Van Wolf, Chicken Baller, Lupine or Hastat)] or if you have 5k+ on your Adept/Apprentice you can change into Tower Boost monk.

Boss Wave: Change to DPS EV(this build can work with either DPS Monk or DPS Jester but boss fight alone will take about 5 mins), add your AFK DPS/Hero Boost Monk, Tower Boost Monk and 1 more char(doesn't have to be anything specific). Position your EV behind the minion wall, kill MR. and MRS Santa and then kill Spider Queen(again, depending on your stats you might need a 2nd beam to kill Queen)
