Slightly modifed version of Manyu's 9.0 Infested build, made more consistent for ~6k stats.
Use 3 Summoners with Hunt + Monk Guardians, make sure you are properly boosting the Ensnare and SE Strength Drain.
The EST is only for when your chain occasionally doesn't retarget and you get overwhelmed, EST just lasts longer than Proximity with no healing. If you are still being overwhelmed consider making the switch to Proximity in exchange for needing more frequent healing.
