This build is only if you care about absolute speed and have the stats to support it. 

Insta-g build.

1st wave (3/2 characters, builder EV, builder Apprentice, boost Summoner).

Build buff beam 1st on an EV split, drop mana and remove split after.
G once EV leaves and move guardian summoner over to the LT side of the stack.
Mana Bomb-swirl on builder app and build 6 LTs and 8 DSTs.
Build 1 DST North-East.

2nd wave (3 characters, 2x boost Summoner, builder Huntress).

Move 2nd boost Summoner to the DST side of the stack.
Build the darkness and proximity traps in an anti-clockwise route around the map. 

 

3rd wave (3 characters, 2x boost Summoner, tb Monk).

Upgrade buff beam and the lone DST and let the map run.

Last wave (4 characters, 2x boost Summoner, tb Monk, builder Apprentice)

Move builder Apprentice North-East and bomb at approximately 2780 enemies.
