Activate Tower Boost when you are about 200-300 kills into the wave and it should hold up until the wave is just about over, you can kind of AFK it after that. I just have TBMonk auto-fire eastward.
The Weak Auras need to get buffed onto the buff beam, either during your build time or during combat time.
Hint 2: These are built on top the bridge for better Line of Sight
(Optional) To help on waves over 30, helps to throw out a few minions out there to keep the late Ogres off your build.
