With the build, put the Ensnare/Drain auras fairly far forward to ensure there's some coverage of the Western core. This is the only spot where the build has a chance to fail, especially if you have low Warden stats. Higher stats than stated on the build for her are recommended.
With such mediocre stats, I recommend pre-upgrading the tower buff beams to level 4 before the first combat. Higher stats shouldn't need to do this
In the wave, have your Warden builder, a Tower Booster and an afk Summoner (can be guardians, but I tend to use healer since it's safer)
Wave 22 - use an Upper Adept to upgrade towers quickly.
Wave 23 onwards - use a Jester to wheel Gold Enemies to increase boost quality for as long as the waves are comfortable. If waves start to be more of a struggle, you can swap to supporting wheels instead.

This is unique approach, worth thinking about and iterating on. The cost of the 5th and 6th wisp den would make me go with some other options.

Tbf, swapping two of the Wisp Dens does save enough DU for 4 LTs and 2 Darkness Traps at the front to enable them to do that they do best. I'll test out a few options and see what works best
