For Wave 1: Place down your Aura Stacks and a single Wisp Den at each Hint 1, then in the Wave 2 Build Phase, sell those Wisp Dens and then do the 2 Shroom Pits 2 Wisp Dens at each Hint 1 and then build the Cloud Towers at wave 2 on top of the Brazier pointing at the pumpkins on the roof and in the air. Build Buff Beams last but always focus on upgrading buff beams before anything else.

Your mileage may depend on your stats, this build does has plenty of DU to spare though, so if your struggling on late waves you can either build more Wisp Dens/Shroom Pits.
If your struggling on Wave 1 then you might just need more stats before attempting this build. If spiders are giving you trouble on a certain stack you can build an Electric Aura there if you want to.

Should be afkable once it's set-up, just remember to repair aura stacks if needed.
