i like to start TB when ~300 Mobs are cleared so it remains safely for the rest of the Wave
Wheel all Goblin symbols to turn enemies golden, which sicnificantly increases their health and makes the Run more tough ! However u will get rewarded with higher Quality Lootchances ( u can wheel up to 4 times per wave, however the last wheel might be the most important/difficult in terms of enemies) Last Wheel u want to start at about 2100 enemies killed when the last big wave of Copters, Wyvern and Djinn are coming (u can check Minimap with CTRL +Shift) when they all are spawned).
If Wave 32+ Ogres are living to long u could add a Minionwall in front of the western crystal (they have roughly 600-650 Mil HP when golden up)
Changelog (Patch 10.3.7 > 10.4): Added 2 Spiders and 2 Mages in case u struggle with golden Ogres on later Waves (they get bodyblocked enough to not reach the Towerstack)
