The Genie King here is immune to generic damage, so you need to rely on ways of doing pure elemental damage. You can get a Bloodshot/All-Seeing Staff from Moraggo Survival (or Emerald Staff from Emerald City). The Genie King also summons special djinns which can instantly turn any enemy in golden, even Ogres and Goblincopters, so it's extremely important to use your Wheel O' Fortuna whenever you can in between healing (3 potions) and damaging all enemies (3 swords). Auras and traps at the middle are mainly a safe spot for healing and using Wheel O' Fortuna safely (feel free to abuse the two nearby portals to make it even easier to roll).
