I cannot provide the minimum stats required to complete this build, but the stats mentioned were used and it worked very well. As you can tell by the name, the build is a boss killer. For greater efficiency in the last wave, I recommend using the Warden build by TB, dropping mana for her with N so it lasts longer. It works both with active security or not! The position to place the heroes (on Boss) is position number 4 on the map. If you have any other questions, you can watch the video from the link mentioned.
The Hermit's Pylon needs to pick up everything that is in the buff and the two aura stacks. The first wave needs to start with TB to buff the towers and drop mana for Warden to finish the build.
(TB is necessary to kill the boss.)

Worked well and I have lower stats than you. My Tbooster and warden died but the build held up and slowly killed the bosses
