Build Description

Hint 1

Place the western aura stack right next to the tree
Place the eastern aura stack directly on the first edge, right of the stairs where the stairs lead up to the eastern crystal

Hint 2

Start the Buffbeam on the center of the 2th stair (blue arrow) keep pulling until it reaches the maximum length of 5DU; it should now reach both Aura stacks (If you miss by just a few centimeters, that might be okay; you'll just expand the auras with the pylon)
Build the Shroom Pit first, one at each Buffbeam end
Build the western cloud towers on the 2th stair (blue arrow) one looks above the northwestern crystal, one looks beneath the southwestern crystal (remember; Cloud's requires a line of sight)
Build the rest as shown in Hint 2

Hint 3

The Eastern Crystal will most likely be hit in the first wave,once all the towers have been upgraded, that shouldn't happen anymore

This build is also suitable for Survival mode, but may require a TB starting at wave 30 or higher.

You can easily defeat the boss from the towers; to do so, you'll need a weapon that can shoot through walls (e.g. Soul Dissolver)

Got this to work with a level 92 Warden with gear I just had lying around. Pretty sure I got some of the placements of some things wrong as well and I was still able to finish fairly easily. Not sure if that's a testament to Warden, your build, or both.
