Build Description

For hint 2, build the owls first and then the hermit towers (you can stack other towers on owl nest). Stats posted are just my stats, not sure if required but definitely the higher the easier the run will be.

I run upper + TB wave 32, and swap to a double huntress guardian summoner wave 33-35. I put in my apprentice and guardian builders wave 35. A summoner with double monk guardians could prob work fine too instead of either of the builders.

Hint 3 is where I stand my TB (the floating tile with the forge) and aim at the spawn at 4. I put my crosshair somewhere on the middle of the floating thing above the spawn and just move it around till i get mana.

You will (unfortunately) have to restart TB mid wave, the gas trap helps in the 20 seconds you don't have it. I don't think it's safe to not restart TB since ogres spawn throughout the wave.

This build also can technically work on NM 28-30 but if it's strictly for jester guardians, it's easier for whatever reason to farm a better one on Ruthless. I do not know the specifics I am merely a coper.
