I did this with 4p out every wave just to test and had 0 issues even when I wasn't paying attentiona and left the TB off for upwards of half a wave. TB and 2 summoners both rocking a Huntress and Monk Guardian each, and leaves space for P1 to be whatever hero you like whether that's a wheeler for RL or one of your builders for Same-type-bonus on NM.
If you can keep the TB on whatever towers are cloeset to the Southern Golem it should cover the 2nd aura stack too with little issue (I use 8.8K range on aura so this might need to be a bit finnicky if that's not the case for you)
