I do not know the minimum stats for AFKing or Wheeling. I just input the stats I used for both.
Your 4 characters and placement:
Builder Trapper (with app type equipment) at Hint 3.
Warden at Hint 3.
Summoner with Monk/Huntress guard pets at the aura.
Summoner with App/Huntress guard pets at Hint 2.
If Wheeling, replace the builders with your Wheeler and TB. Just make sure to have TB up when you "gold" the enemies.
Blue arrows show directions for the Cloud Towers.
The black arrow shows the direction for the Angry Blossom.
The Strength Drain aura is built on the sewer grate thing, so a bit off the ground. This is just for convenience sake of not having to take time to climb up more. If your aura isn't large enough to cover the north spawns after monk guard pet boost, then you'll need to climb up and place the aura higher.
To AFK, your aura health and/or your tower damage needs to be high enough so that your Strength Drain aura lasts the entire wave while having increased degradation due to overlapping on the two north spawns.
If you are TBing and want to shorten your build time, you can delete the top Inferno trap and Buff beam. Then add an Electric aura and adjust the towers on the main stack. Here's an example adjustment:
