Build Start:

Place the Strength Drain and Ensnare auras right in the middle of that first slanted area near the spawn as shown above. Place the next Strength Drain and Ensnare Auras in the middle of the floor on the platform near the Western Crystal.
Place 1 Deadly Strike Tower on the slanted brick near the Left Torch/ Light in the middle of the map as shown above.
Place 9 Lightning Towers in a line as shown above moving to the right.
Once you get to 9 Lightning Towers, place 2 more Deadly Strike Towers below the Right Torch/ Light.
Place 1 Mushroom Spore to the left of the first Deadly Strike Tower and Lightning Tower on the Left side of the line of Towers.
Place 1 Forest Golem on top of the Mushroom Spore and another on top of the 2 DSTs on the Right side of the line of Towers.
Place 1 Nature Pylon on top of the Right Torch/ Light. (Make sure it's pretty much in the middle of the Auras so it'll hit all of them + the Towers.)
Place 3 1-DU Reflect Beams exactly as shown above. These will block Ogre Shots and allow some safe areas for your Summoners.
Place 1 6-DU Buff Beam under the line of towers, ensuring that it hits all 3 DSTs, 9 LTs, Spore and both Forest Golems.
In front of each of the 3 Reflect Beams begin by placing Ogres, Spiders and then Mage Minions on top of each Spider (as shown above).

Hint #1:

This just shows all of the Towers/ Minions in an expanded view.
The Green Arrows are where I keep each of my Summoners as it seems relatively safe.

Key things to know for the build:

I typically start at Wave 22 with a Tower Booster and an Upgrader for the first wave to drop my Upper Money to get every Tower and Aura fully upgraded before the first wave ends.
I use 4 Boost Summoners (Range, Damage, Speed, & Defense) for every wave after the first wave.
You will occasionally want to use the Flash Heal ability on any of your Summoners halfway through the later waves to keep the Auras going. (It will heal all 4 from any of the points you stand at.)
