The first build phase would have enough DU to build all auras, 2 buff beams (one on either side), and almost all warden tower stacks (one of the stack will lack the DU for the wisp tower on that stack, so it's important to pre-place it so you can add it once the wave is completed).
For the second build phase, it's recommended to not build the buff beam on north/south and instead save the DU for the tower stack in case one of the trees end up being there. Once this wave is completed, there'll be enough DU to build both tower stacks without buff beam. If you have extra time, putting a few minions to block these 2 entrances would help.
It is then recommended to use summoner to build the minions during the course of the third wave. This would give enough time to upgrade everything to max level when the fourth wave is completed.
Golem towers can be added one side at a time during the second last wave and final build phase to allow for a timely hero swap before the final boss wave starts. Pylons and mushroom spore towers are nice to have but not a must.
It's highly recommended to always have one player ready to pick up while another is out delivering.
