Max these towers in the following order: Buff beam > Nature pylon > Empowering shrine during combat wave, after this you are ready for the boss.
For main split use huntress to kill the boss. (strong recommendation to use the witch blunderbuss weapon to hit through the ship to kill the mech)
Second split use hero booster monk but tower boost during the wave and hero boost to kill bosses.
Third split use summoner with squire and huntress guardian pets.
Fourth split does not matter for this strategy.
Highly recommended to use hermit with THP specced instead of TDMG.
