Works for campaign and Surv.
If doing surv, make sure buff beams get to 5 ASAP, if you're starting on later waves it's less of an issue with the extra mana from chests.
The Bulwarks are also entiely replacable with another DPS of choosing, it just allows for AFK in wave/fighting boss.
