This can be built in 2 ways;

[Build phases]
[First Method]
Wave 23 build phase - everything as above
Wave 24 build phase - build more presents

[Second Method - preferable]
Why more preferable? Gives more chances for towers to spawn from presents
Wave 23 build phase - everything as above, except for 3 of the web walls, Oil trap aren't built and nature pylon aren't build until wave 24 build phase, with building 3 more presents (2 pointing east and 1 pointing west) for a total of 16 presents.
Wave 24 build phase - build 3 of the web walls, Oil trap aren't built and nature pylon and if applicable build more presents

[Battle phases]
Wave 23 battle phase - Upgrader Adept 
Wave 24 battle phase - summoner with monk and huntress guardrain pets. TB monk shouldn't be needed, but you can use for lower stats.
Note: if your stats are low, watch out for Dark Elf Warrior mobs.
Reminder: Do not forget to add 3 more chars (preferrably summoners to keep armor drops) to get more genie drops
